The hotel was fairly clean with perfect location here in a jungle and brand-new rooms. Location: the venue was close to a number of restaurants, the sea from boats that arrive at the beach and beautiful gardens. Truly enjoyed this really good stay for 6 nights.

The resort had a fantastic pool that was perfect for cooling off in the hot weather. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. The location of the resort was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from a beautiful and clean beach. I also enjoyed the fact that there were many great restaurant options nearby, making it easy to find something delicious to eat.
That the wifi in my room dropped a few times while I was working, but the staff was quick to fix it each time. Another minor inconvenience was that I had to pay for the use of bicycles, which I think should have been included considering the location of the resort.

Poolside Bar - The Poolside Bar at this resort is like a hidden treasure. It's a little hideaway where you can sip on your favorite drink and soak up the sun, feeling like a celebrity on a private yacht.
Unfriendly Staff - The staff at this resort can be a bit aloof, dampening the overall experience.

Had a great New Year's stay at a cozy, affordable resort just steps from the beach. Loved the clean rooms with daily housekeeping, and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun, and we appreciated the convenient bike and motorbike rentals. Plus, being within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops made it easy to explore the area.
We did notice some areas that could use improvement. The breakfast options were a bit limited and the Wi-Fi became slow in the evenings when everyone was online.

One thing I really appreciated about the hotel's decoration was the elegant blend of modern European and classical Asian style. The furniture and decor choices created a sophisticated and calming ambiance throughout the hotel's common areas. As a senior woman, I found the design to be both visually appealing and comfortable to navigate, with wide hallways and well-placed seating areas for resting.
One improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is better communication from the staff. It would be helpful if the children working there could provide information on local activities and attractions suitable for seniors, ensuring that we have all the necessary information to make the most of our stay.
